For twenty-five years I've lived inside the world of beauty… patient consults, operations, building practices from the ground up, and now co-owning Natural Beauty Dermatology, a dermatology practice & med spa in San Diego. I've sat with thousands of women at the exact moment they decided how they wanted to age.

Then a cosmetic procedure of my own went wrong… and the industry I'd devoted my life to became my greatest teacher. I went searching for something truer than the next treatment. What I found became my life's work: the real roots of how a woman ages live not only in her skin, but in her light, her sleep, her nervous system, her strength… and whether she feels loved.

That's what I teach now. Science meets intuition. The treatment room and the heart, together.
