I have spent 25 years in medical aesthetics. I co-own an aesthetics and longevity practice in San Diego, and I have spent those years in rooms with women talking about their faces, their bodies, their dating and love lives, their feminine sensual energy and their confidence.

Whew. That's the glow up right there.

What I noticed is that most women are confused because there are a thousand opinions and no order to put them in. There are a lot of trends and fads, and what worked for one woman will not necessarily work for you.

So that is what I do. I look at the whole picture holistically, I tell you the truth, and I help you find a place to begin. I am not a physician and I am not a therapist. I am your Glowupist, the one who makes sense of it all so you know exactly what to do to live your most beautiful, deepest, richest, most iconic life. It's your birthright.

Is this therapy?: No. I am not a licensed therapist and this is not mental health treatment. It's a beauty and lifestyle coaching conversation.
Is this a dermatology consultation?: No. I am not a physician. There is no diagnosis, no prescription, and no individualized medical treatment plan. Where something belongs with a licensed provider, I'll tell you and help you frame the question.
Do I need the Glow Power membership?: No. A Glowupy is open to everyone, member or not.
Do I have to buy products or treatments?: No. Nothing here depends on you purchasing anything, from me or anyone else.
When do I receive my Blueprint?: Within three days of your session.
How do I schedule or reschedule?: You'll choose your time straight after payment, as part of the same checkout. Rescheduling is handled in your confirmation email.
