I had been trying for a year and a half, it may have even been two, it was a long time trying to reach more people and really just getting into that grinding mentality. I feel like when I look back now I was just working to work. I’m not even sure there was anything impactful, or if there was I didn’t know there was, and so I was just doing things. And then, I signed up for all kinds of programs, all kinds of things, teaching all of these secrets about online marketing and how you reach people and I always thought my vision was to have an in-person practice and quickly realized I did not want to do that after trying. Online is where I had the epiphany that I could reach so many people and change so many people’s lives doing everything online and that’s what makes such a big difference…and why the one:one is so difficult.”

STRUCTURE. I know exactly what to do and I know exactly what it means and I know exactly where to go. It was the most powerful thing. The second thing would be my mindset. Nothing ever gave me that insane confidence to even broadcast my message the way that I have. Doing your program definitely made me like, WHOAH, I can do this! I am incredibly confident. It comes out naturally anyway but it was just that boost to be bold and to be supported to be bold instead of being like, tone it down. Most people are like, you want to go in easy and you want to get every one and la la la. And I feel like that’s what a lot of the other programs were. And it wasn’t a lot of structure. It was some helpful tips but you didn’t know where to go after that. It feels like you’re just doing work just to do work, which is not the goal of my business.

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Biohacker, a trained bio-energetic facilitator and a clean living advocate who wants nothing more in my work than for families to enjoy ultimate influence over their own health. I help busy families ditch the toxins from their homes without all the information overload + overwhelm so they can lead simpler more intentional lives, and to feel empowered to take their wellness into their own hands The natural world is filled with amazing gifts and so are our bodies, so much so, that with the right guidance, we have our own abilities to heal ourselves; body, mind + soul. 

I have been with Kelsy for a short time but so far I am blown away by the actual support, contact and value I am receiving. I have paid for a lot of different courses online to support growing my business from home and online, and I have never felt so at home, aligned and feeling like someone actually gives a damn if I succeed. Kelsy gives a damn! I am in love with the melding of practical tasks that move business forward, and the mindset/personal growth strategies and support to ensure we are growing with our businesses.

It has been completely life-changing. I have been able to realize who I am as a practitioner, who I want to work with, who my ideal client is, and how to take what’s up here and put it into practice and that’s been really really powerful. And overall, my confidence in what I do has just exponentially grown.

I had already started to go down the rabbit hole of social media, marketing, SEO stuff. I went to Medical School, I know MEDICINE…I didn’t go to school to be those things…

I was learning about all of this stuff and it was almost like the more you learned the less you know…there are algorithms and they’re changing all of the time. There is no way that I could have come up with THIS on my own.

I have a funnel that is absolutely functioning. I have reached tens of thousands of people. I reach over 1,000 people a day. Somewhere between 1,000 and 3,000 people a day see my stuff. People are clicking on it and people are watching my webinar. So, that’s really wonderful.

If you were to go and hire individual people, ‘I need a social media person’, ‘I need a marketer,’  it would be so overwhelming and I really feel like this program is such an umbrella for so many different things. It’s helped me write copy, it’s helped me market, and just understand social media and algorithms and all of this stuff that I never wanted to know about, and now I know a lot about. And ultimately our coaching programs are saying the same thing to our clients. ‘You can’t do this on your own and it’s ok, and there’s somebody here to help you’. So, we’re telling our clients ‘hey, you need to go find an expert, (which is me) and I will help you, and then we don’t do the same thing for ourselves. We don’t go find the expert to help us. So, I just think this program is so wonderful and covers so many bases.

I wasn’t seeing enough patients in my practice and my practice was not making any money. So, I felt like I could not say no to anybody. Anybody that called and was looking for some sort of natural practitioner, I would just take them on. And I just think ultimately, that was really stressful on me.

I understand why people get business coaches now. I felt like I was doing intelligent action. Every week I knew what I needed to do, and I just showed up and did it.

I literally was thinking about going back to bartending, which is what I did before I went to medical school and that is so heartbreaking for me.

Kelsy has taught me that I’m neither too much, nor not enough.  To live in my heart space versus my headspace, and to let love, not fear guide me.  Thank you for being such a huge source of love and light, and for creating an amazing network of strong, empowered, yet openly vulnerable women!   You’ve also taught me that rejection is God’s protection, and when you live at a higher vibration, you will naturally repel what and who is not meant for you, and you will attract what is … abundance mentality!
