I enrolled for Kelsy’s Business Coaching Program a couple of months ago and I can honestly say it was life-changing. 

I teach busy, professional women how to change their mindset around their weight so they take back control, lose the weight and never look back – no more yo-yo dieting – they reach their ideal weight and shape and keep it that way! But to be honest, I felt like I was Ireland’s best kept secret! 

I have been working with clients on a one to one and in groups for the past 15 years but always in a physical office. I knew there was a lot of opportunity in the online world and I have been looking to take my business online for the past 5 years. I have registered for numerous online programs and have worked with a number of different coaches, in America, UK and Ireland. Each coach brought me a step further along the path in terms of getting everything set up and getting an understanding of what I needed to do but I had invested a lot of money with little return. 

That is until I signed up with Kelsy. Kelsy is extremely knowledgeable about setting up your business, about identifying your target market, and about how to reach out to them with the most up to date methods and I believe her course is as good as it gets in terms of content. But to be honest, for me I already had a funnel set up and was running FB ads but wasn’t getting a lot of calls. I now have a better funnel set up and Facebook Ads working. I signed 5 clients within a couple of weeks which was really exciting and am continually building on this momentum. 

I have become a lot clearer on what I have to offer the world. I have a great morning ritual which starts my day really well. I have changed my mindset around abundance and wealth which was key to growing my business. And most of all I have fantastic self-belief and confidence that I can really make a difference in the world. And I put all this down to Kelsy’s heart-centred approach. She really connects at a spiritual level.

I can say that I wish I had found Kelsy earlier to save all the heartache that I have gone through trying to set up this business online in a way that really works. There is a much better way of doing things than one to one where you can work so hard for very little and reach burnout. 

By working online you can reach a much wider audience and they will be much more targeted to what you offer instead of wasting time with people who either don’t need you or don’t deserve you and are not prepared to invest in themselves. And for me, Kelsy made me realize that it’s ok to want to become abundant from helping more people – that the more someone pays you, the better the result that they will get because they will make sure they do whatever you ask them to do. You can give it away to charity if you want but actually, I’ve come to realize that it is, in fact, selfish of me not to reach out and help others who really desperately need my help!

And most importantly,  if you are 100% committed to getting your business online, then you couldn’t be in better hands than with Kelsy. She is amazing – and she will get you there – provided you do everything she asks you to do – she has such knowledge about how to make it work – but most importantly for me she is so connected on a spiritual level that I have not found with other coaches – that is the difference – because you need to find that piece for yourself so that you can connect with your clients on a deeper level. It won’t happen for you unless you do this – and Kelsy teaches you how. So you become a better person in the process – that’s how I feel. 

I also love the weekly Q and A call – I look forward to it and I always learn something. I don’t always speak, but I do love connecting on the call. It keeps me on track and motivated.

You actually coached me so much, you got me so amped up…I got clients the next day. Signed up with you 9/10 and 9/11, I had my client RIGHT THERE! I didn’t have a client for a few MONTHS before that, probably 4 or 5 months. On 9/17, got another client and on 9/19 got another client. Within 10 DAYS, I returned the investment. I got THREE beautiful women that needed me, that created so much transformation to this point… it’s just beautiful. It’s a mindset. You allowed me to grow my mindset so quickly. You have to trust yourself in order to invest in yourself.

I used to be limited to people I meet or few hundreds of people I have following me on Facebook, usually people that know me from some of my classes. Now there’s no limits. Anything I dream up in my head, it’s right there. My funnel is going. There’s no limitations. Everything is done over the phone. I can reach any woman that needs me, that’s struggling. I can just connect, on that beautiful energy level with anybody, any country, anywhere. So, being limitless like that it really feels completely upleveled. It’s totally different.

Most of your clients being physicians and these amazing doctors, and having these amazing stories, can make you feel ‘am i good enough?’ We all have something really unique to bring to the table, and I can’t recommend any better person to bring it forward than yourself. You know every little tool. Just listening to you talk and the little secrets that kind of blow my mind about ‘the sneaky marketing tools’ and Facebook being sneaky and changing things on us. You know it all! You’ve tested it. You’ve invested in it. I don’t have to invest – She’s done it already! Way better than any of us would. Lessons are ready for us just to take in and use. I would say, don’t wait to get ready, you’re ready now. Your time is now. The longer you wait, more doubts will grow. Just make that phone call. You will feel it once you talk to Kelsy. You’ll feel…just let yourself feel it and trust that, trust your gut.

I never learned any of this before and sure, I could have spent years learning it on my own (and it would have taken that long, because I DID try a couple of years learning on my own and by the time I learned something, it was outdated!) So, working with someone who already knows how that works was really important to me to speed up that process. Because now it works for me and it’s easy, and I wanted to get to that point…and now I’m there.

I had little to no marketing at all. No one knew I existed and It was basically me taking the one on one visit that I was used to and just putting it online which is fine, it works. But what really caught my attention with your program is turning that into a more long term coaching program. And that’s something that I just really latched on to right away and I was like, this makes sense.

It’s all structured. Just having that structure in place and that organization has really been helpful because I’m a doctor, I am not a natural entrepreneur or business person, so the clinical side has always been easy for me, but putting that into a business is where I was really struggling. And having the stress of Ok, what do I do next now? Do I focus on this or that? It was pulling away the attention from actually helping women. So, that’s my favorite part about all of this. Now I can really focus on the client journey.

I am a big dreamer, so I have a lot of plans for this business and taking that first step was, Ok, now this is real, it’s not just a fantasy, I’m doing it…so, that was definitely scary at first. But, you made it so easy that you just helped me, guided me throughout the whole thing. I didn’t feel like I was nervous about what might be coming next or what I should fear is going to be next because you were going to tell me what was coming next and then you just helped me get through it.

I didn’t have a previous coach before but I had spent quite a bit of money on courses where it’s just go at your own pace, there’s really zero accountability. I looked into all of the free stuff out there. Any type of free webinar or pdf or course…or whatever anyone was offering, I looked into that. And I saw a few of your Facebook lives and watched your masterclass…and you just seemed to be a real person. And I actually had been on a breakthrough call a few months prior with another coach and it was soooo salesy. It was not really about me and my journey. It was arinairinvery much ‘I have this super high ticket item that I want to sell to you and you should do it or you’ll fail’. So, I walked away from that call feeling just terrible. And when I got on the call with you, it was amazing that in just a minute I just felt that you were a really dedicated and caring person and… you were a person. You weren’t just this sales person trying to make a sale. You were really trying to help me and offer your knowledge to me which I really connected with because that’s what I want to do with women. So, the fact that I could tell that you also were doing this, I felt that we would work really well together.

I knew that I would regret it more not doing this, and taking care of it right away, because there were questions and things that I was aggravated with that I was trying to figure out by myself and sometimes making a bigger mess. And I needed clarity, I needed direction. I needed a mentor, honestly.  I am so grateful for the experience and I wouldn’t change it.

I was very desperate. It was last August and things were not clicking at the studio and I was in a panic. I was terrified. I found one coaching program that was specific for yoga business and they just did not click with me. I felt they were even kind of bored, I felt they were judging me. It was a little arrogant there so I took a pass with that and then I found you a few weeks later. I was like, I will just watch the webinar and at least get some information so I have some idea to move forward and just fell in love with your message and your voice and your presence so when I did get on the call with you I knew that it was a yes.”

It was a big decision, definitely, but I instinctively knew it was the right one. I actually had to ask myself, am I going to regret it more saying yes or saying no and that’s what clinched it for me.

My work with Kelsy helped me identify the people I am best suited to serve, using my yoga background as a foundation for coaching parents and caregivers through the empty nest. When I finally found Kelsy I was living in Hawai’i teaching weekly classes and working with clients very sporadically.  The few clients I had were experiencing major transformation and it was another confirmation that it was time to get myself out there!  I had a deep desire to create a more automated approach to working with clients and be able to reach many more at the same time.
