What is sensual ascension?

I fell into an abyss. I became ascetic. I lost my passionate, creative, playful self to the idea of one more dollar, one more accolade…one more success story for a client.

I was grinding through my day with coffee and my phone…

I felt powerful and invincible.

After all, I was doing good for the world AND I was creating a wildly successful business.

How amazing was I? Ahhh…not so much.

I no longer had time to take calls from my friends or go to my favorite yoga class or create art just for the fun of it.

I stopped doing all of the little things I once loved to do.

Just one more client call, just one more email I must write, just one more powerpoint I must put together…

And then I will play, I would say to myself.

But tomorrow never seemed to come. I was on an endless treadmill.

It took courage to take a look at where I was and realize I had lost my senses. The pleasure in my life was no longer felt. It was all around me…but I couldn’t feel it.

I was sick and tired of not living in my bliss.

So, I did something about it.

And now, ohhhh how I adore pleasure.

I make bliss a priority.

And I feel back to myself…feeling more energized than ever, happy, beautiful, creative, sexy, playful, and in my truth.

I have fun. I live a rich life. And all that masculine work energy has been transformed. I still LOVE being an entrepreneur and getting to heal the world…in fact, I am better at it than ever.
